Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summary

GetSetLuck Premium is a digital service delivered instantly after payment. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. You can cancel a subscription’s renewal at any time, and you can request a refund in the cases described below.

Cancelling a subscription

Weekly, monthly and annual plans renew automatically until you cancel. Open the Premium page while signed in and choose “Cancel renewal”, or email us.

Cancelling stops future charges. Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not charge cancellation fees.

Refund eligibility

First purchase: if you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for any plan.

Renewals: a renewal charge can be refunded if you request it within 48 hours of the charge and have not used Premium since it renewed.

Lifetime: refundable within 7 days of purchase. After that, Lifetime access is non-refundable.

Failed, duplicate or incorrect charges are always refunded in full.

Refunds are not provided for partial periods after cancellation, or where an account has been suspended for breaking our Terms.

How to request a refund

Email support@getsetluck.com from the address on your account with your Razorpay payment ID (from your payment receipt) and the reason for the request. We reply within 2 working days.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually credit refunds within 5–7 working days (UPI is often faster). Premium access linked to a refunded payment ends when the refund is issued.

Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown before you pay and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. If we change prices, existing subscribers are notified before the change applies to their next renewal.
